Nova Scotia Sea School Makes Waves at the Deanery Project
The summer season is a busy time at the Deanery Project and one of our highlights has been hosting a group of amazing youth from the Nova Scotia Sea School. This year we had the pleasure of spending a week with eight energetic and enthusiastic girls from Alfred Lake Camp in Maine who are completing a 6-week adventure trip with the Nova Scotia Sea School.
SeaLight SkyLight Festival
Celebrate the wonders of the Perseid meteor shower and summer ocean phosphorescence with us in Ship Harbour.
SeaLight SkyLight is our annual festival of astronomy and phosphoresence. There are two evenings of light-themed activities, glowing entertainment, and a magical procession of lanterns to the shore.

We have new driveway access into the Deanery Project off West Ship Harbour Rd. This is a project we have been working towards since we first purchased the property.
Many thanks to the Russell family for their patience and support. Ralph Bayers and crew did a wonderful job crafting a graceful lane that looks like it was always there. Thanks also to Councillor David Hendsbee, Chris Weisenberger, and many others for their support of this huge next step in the evolution of the Deanery Project.
